检测原理 多酚类化合物是自然界中广泛存在的一种化合物,具有C6-C3-C6骨架结构,同时在苯环上还具有2个以上的羟基。多酚是植物中一类重要的次生代谢产物,具有重要的生理和形态意义。其在植物生长和繁殖中发挥重要作用,提供保护、抵御病原体和捕食者,此外还影响水果和蔬菜的颜色和感官特征。大量研究表明,多酚类化合物具有抗肿瘤、 抗病毒、抑菌、抗氧化等作用,广泛应用于医药、食品、日化等领域。 总酚微孔板测定试剂盒是一种灵敏的测定各种样品中总酚含量的方法。在碱性条件下,酚类物质将钨钼酸还原,产生蓝色化合物,在760nm处有特征吸收峰,测定760nm处的吸光值,即可得样本总酚含量。
